HR Data Officer
Your role & work environment
You support the management, analysis and reporting of HR data to provide People & Organisation stakeholders with reliable insights, mandatory reporting and data‑driven input for decision‑making.
You work within the HR People Services team, in close collaboration with HR Business Partners, Finance, IT and Group counterparts to ensure data quality, consistency and continuous improvement of HR data processes.
Your key responsibilities
HR data management & quality
- Manage day‑to‑day HR data activities to ensure accuracy, completeness and consistency across HR systems
- Monitor and perform data checks, reconciliations and corrections
- Contribute to data quality controls, documentation and continuous improvement initiatives
HR reporting & dashboards
- Produce and maintain HR dashboards, KPIs and reports (e.g. FTEs, workforce movements, absences, attrition)
- Deliver regular and ad‑hoc reports for internal, Group, Finance and governance purposes
- Ensure consistency of definitions, metrics and data sources across reporting
HR tools & process improvement
- Contribute to HR system enhancements, testing activities and data validation
- Review and improve HR reporting templates and processes, proposing simplifications and standardisation
- Support the development of self‑service HR reporting solutions

As an HR Data Officer you will also need:
- A Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in data, HR, finance, business or a related field
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in data analysis, reporting, HR operations or a similar function
- Strong affinity with numbers, data and reporting, with solid analytical and attention‑to‑detail skills
- Ability to manage multiple data sources and meet deadlines
- Experience or good knowledge of HR processes and HR data is considered a strong asset
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables), PowerPoint and Word
- Knowledge of data visualisation tools (e.g. Power BI) is considered a strong asset
- An interest in AI (Artificial Intelligence) and digital tools, with the willingness to explore, use and further develop AI‑based solutions in daily work
- Fluency in English and French
