About the role

Job Summary
The HR Director is responsible for leading HR strategy and operations for a business unit or function. This role supports organizational goals through effective talent management, workforce planning, and employee engagement.
This job profile is intended for senior leaders that support the mid to long-term (3–5 years) strategy development for their functional area, and have ownership of the short to mid-term (1–3 years) execution of functional strategy/operational direction. Requires ability to communicate with and influence executive leadership. Typically manage multiple teams.

Key Responsibilities:


Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals.
Lead talent acquisition, development, and retention efforts.
Oversee compensation, benefits, and performance management.
Ensure compliance with HR policies and labor laws.
Partner with leadership to drive organizational effectiveness.

Skills & Qualifications


Typically a University degree (or equivalent work experience) and 10+ years of relevant work experience are minimally required to be able to manage and coordinate one or more senior expert-level teams.
Strong HR leadership and strategic planning experience.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Proven ability to lead HR teams and initiatives.
