HR Director, South East Asia
- Be a strategic business partner to the Regional GM and the Country GMs in South East Asia to develop and align people strategies with the overall business goals of the region; driving results, growth and increasing organizational effectiveness
- Partner with leadership in the sourcing of talents to build out organizational capability and stronger talent bench strength
- Drive change management initiatives in supporting the evolving needs of the business
- Support and coach leaders to drive employee engagement and a culture of inclusion and wellbeing
- Implement annual HR programs such as performance management, compensation planning, market benchmarking, talent identification, development, and succession planning
- Through the use of data analysis, be able to generate insights and recommend solutions to improve performance
- Drive and implement process improvements to increase operational HR efficiency and effectiveness
- Will act on various operational aspects of the HR function that may include training, data reporting and analysis, compensation reviews, legal support, and employee relations
- Specifically for Singapore, to provide HR support for the full employee life cycle
Skills and Qualifications
- At least 15 years of relevant Human Resources experience in SEA countries, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
- Demonstrated experience as a HR Business Partner working closely with leadership teams.
- Understanding of Employment Laws in South East Asia
- Strong client focus and be able to effectively build relationships and establish trust, competence, and respect in a matrix organization
- Hands-on; able to set priorities and execute commitments
- Agile, resourceful, and able to work independently
