HR Executive (1-Year Contract, Convertible toPermanent)

Responsibilities

  • Support day-to-day HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, and employee records management
  • Coordinate interviews and liaise with hiring managers and external recruitment agencies
  • Prepare employment contracts, HR letters, and maintain accurate employee documentation
  • Assist in payroll processing, leave administration, claims, and benefits coordination
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and local employment regulations
  • Support employee engagement activities, training coordination, and HR projects
  • Handle HR queries and provide administrative support to employees and management
  • Maintain and update HR databases and reports


Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related discipline
  • 2–5 years of HR experience, preferably within financial services, banking, or professional services
  • Good understanding of Singapore employment practices and HR processes
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications


Additional Information

  • 1-year renewable contract with opportunity for conversion to permanent subject to performance and business needs
