HR Executive

Responsibilities:

  • Manage full-cycle hiring of local and foreign personnel job and integrating new hires.
  • Experienced but not limited to JobsBank & able to access to different channels of recruitment both local and overseas, familiar in job fairs and their processes
  • Handle grievances, disciplinary actions, conflict resolution and promote employee engagement.
  • Ensure company’s adherence to local labour / employment laws
  • Manage company's diverse mix of nationalities to be compliant under MOM Compass Point System.
  • MOM Compass System not only have good knowledge of compass system but have practical experienced and able to keep the balance of local/foreigners.
  • Experience in the manufacturing & construction industry consider an asset


Qualifications and Skills:

  • A degree/diploma in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of progressive local HR experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build effective relationships at all levels of the organization.
  • Bilingual in English and Mandarin to communicate with Mandarin speaking stakeholder.
  • Willing to work 5.5 days week
