HR Executive

  1. Managing the recruitment & on boarding process
  2. Responsible for Background Verification process through 3rd Party agencies.
  3. Drive employee engagement Initiatives for the Business.
  4. Drive the Performance Management & Talent Development agenda for the business.
  5. Work with line managers and employees to address all types of employee relations issues ensuring a balance in representing all parties- interests
  6. Provide compensation support including salary planning, approval of salary actions, promotions, and job re-levelling
  7. Preparing HR analytics related to recruitment, attrition & HR dashboard
  8. Managing the payroll inputs for respective business lines.
  9. Responsible for driving Compliances.
