HR Executive (Government Sector | Contract)
Learning & Organisation Development
- Support Learning & Development (L&D) administrative activities, including handling course registrations and training enquiries
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and training providers on course nominations and registrations
- Assist in the management of e-learning accounts and training records
- Provide logistical and administrative support for onboarding programmes and organisation development events
- Prepare reports and assist in data collation and clean-up for HR reporting purposes
Recruitment & HR Operations
- Support recruitment activities such as job postings, interview coordination, candidate communication, and document collection
- Assist with interview scheduling and administration activities
- Support employee contract tracking and HR records maintenance
- Coordinate employee offboarding processes and ensure completion of exit procedures
- Provide general administrative support to the HR team as required
Requirements
- Diploma in Human Resource, Business Administration, Business IT, or related disciplines
- Candidates with prior HR internship or administrative experience are welcome to apply
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Able to manage multiple tasks in a structured and organised manner
- Comfortable working with internal and external stakeholders
