HR Executive (Government Sector | Contract)

Learning & Organisation Development

  • Support Learning & Development (L&D) administrative activities, including handling course registrations and training enquiries
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders and training providers on course nominations and registrations
  • Assist in the management of e-learning accounts and training records
  • Provide logistical and administrative support for onboarding programmes and organisation development events
  • Prepare reports and assist in data collation and clean-up for HR reporting purposes

Recruitment & HR Operations

  • Support recruitment activities such as job postings, interview coordination, candidate communication, and document collection
  • Assist with interview scheduling and administration activities
  • Support employee contract tracking and HR records maintenance
  • Coordinate employee offboarding processes and ensure completion of exit procedures
  • Provide general administrative support to the HR team as required

Requirements

  • Diploma in Human Resource, Business Administration, Business IT, or related disciplines
  • Candidates with prior HR internship or administrative experience are welcome to apply
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • Good communication and coordination skills
  • Able to manage multiple tasks in a structured and organised manner
  • Comfortable working with internal and external stakeholders
