HR Executive [Healthcare / East / 5 days] [EL]
- Handle HR generalist functions not limit to recruitment, work pass application, on/off boarding.
- Work with the Finance and Management teams to track grant payments and claims.
- Help with other HR tasks like recruitment paperwork, staff onboarding, or audits when needed.
- Make sure HR records are always updated and follow MOM and audit guidelines.
- Support HR projects or process improvements related to grants and staff matters.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- Strong skills in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, etc.).
- Careful, accurate, and good with details.
- Good communication and people skills.
- Able to adapt in a fast-paced environment and work well in a team.
- Positive attitude and responsible.
