HR Executive

Job responsibilities:

  • Generate, verify and compute monthly attendance, overtime and other allowances claims for end month payroll processing
  • To assist in the day-to-day operations in full spectrum of HR functions
  • Administer with work pass application, renewal, cancellation and other related matters
  • Attend to enquiries raised by new applicants or employees relative to standard policies, benefits, hiring process etc
  • Register and arrange workers for courses
  • Prepare HR related letters and reports
  • Maintains accurate and up-to-date human resource files, records, employee database and documentation.
  • Performs periodic audits of HR files and records to ensure that all required documents are collected and filed appropriately.
  • Conduct or assist with onboarding process and new hire orientation.
  • Any ad-hoc duties assigned

Job requirements:

  • Possess diploma in business management or equivalent
  • At least 2-5 years of working experience in performing general HR functions
  • Proficient with MS or related software
