HR Executive
Job Description
- Handle end-to-end recruitment including job postings, screening candidates, arranging interviews and background screening
- Work closely with department heads to make reasonable recruitment plans and address HR-related concerns
- Employee Lifecycle Management including onboarding and offboarding processes, orientation, probation confirmation and exit procedures
- Manage Learning & Development including yearly training analysis, compile training budget, coordinate trainings and maintaining training records
- Process monthly payroll, CPF submission, IRAS tax filings and administer employee benefits, attendance and leave management using HR software
- Prepare and maintain HR reports, records and documentation
- Assist in performance management and employee development programs
- Provide support and guidance on employee relations matters including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions
- Ensure compliance with local employment laws and WSH regulations
- Other ad hoc duties as required;
Requirements
- Diploma/Certificate in Human Resources or related field
- Minimum 2 years of HR working experience;
- Familiar with Microsoft Word, Excel, basic Outlook IT knowledge;
- Good communication skills and likes to interact with all levels of people.
