HR EXECUTIVE

· Manage the recruitment andselection process

· Manage employee records,employment agreements, and HR guidelines.

· Administer payroll, manageemployee benefits, and handle other HR-related duties.

· Handle the application andrenewal of company certifications such as BCA, ISO, GGBS, and others.

· Supervise day-to-day officeoperations, including purchasing, facility upkeep, and IT coordination.

· Facilitate effective internalcommunication to ensure seamless business processes across departments.

· Diploma in Human Resources,Business Administraton or a related discipline.

· Minimum 3 years of hands-onexperience in HR and administrative functions within the construction sector.

· Solid understanding of humanresources principles, employment laws, and regulatory standards.

· Strong verbal and writtencommnication skills, with the ability to collaborate acrsss all levels of theorganization.

· Skilled with MS officeapplications and HR software, including payroll systems.

· Knowedgeable in budgeting, officeinfrastructure and facility oversight.
