HR Executive [LL]
Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave information to ensure smooth HR operations.
Prepare HR documents such as contracts, confirmation letters, and renewal letters.
Update and maintain HRMS records to ensure employee data is accurate and up to date.
Support recruitment activities, including job postings, interview scheduling, and hiring coordination.
Maintain training records and monitor compliance requirements.
Assist with HR reports, vendor coordination, and general HR administrative duties.
