HR Executive
Responsibilities: -
- Manage end-to-end HR operations/administration including payroll (< 50 headcount), recruitment, onboarding/offboarding, Learning & Development, benefits administration.
- Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Support employee engagement initiatives and foster a positive work environment.
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in Human Resource, Business, or related field.
- 2 years of relevant HR experience.
- Good communication & interpersonal skills.
- Part-Time option is available for experienced candidate.
