HR Executive

Responsibilities: -

  • Manage end-to-end HR operations/administration including payroll (< 50 headcount), recruitment, onboarding/offboarding, Learning & Development, benefits administration.
  • Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
  • Support employee engagement initiatives and foster a positive work environment.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma in Human Resource, Business, or related field.
  • 2 years of relevant HR experience.
  • Good communication & interpersonal skills.
  • Part-Time option is available for experienced candidate.
