HR Executive
Job Responsibility:
- Manage recruitment and onboarding processes, including job postings, screening candidates, and conducting interviews arrangement.
- Administer employee benefits programs and ensure compliance with legal requirements.
- Coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and productivity.
- Maintain employee records and ensure confidentiality and data accuracy.
- Stay updated on HR laws, regulations, and best practices to ensure compliance and mitigate risks.
- Processing of monthly payroll & staffs claims.
- Generate & issue of monthly payslips.
- All other HR related matters.
Job Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma / Bachelor in Human Resources or equivalent.
- Proven experience in human resources roles, with a minimum of 3 years of combined experience.
- Strong understanding of employment acts & HR policies and procedures.
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong ethics and integrity, with a commitment to confidentiality and professionalism.
