Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage SME clients - acting as a point of contact between SME clients and HR Shared Services Team.
- Has to be comfortable meeting with clients and provide sensible solutions to address HR issues.
- Advice clients on matters relating to Payroll Policies/practices and Employment Act requirements.
- Developing Employee Handbook, HR Templates, Policies and Procedures for SMEs.
- Manage Payroll, CPF, IR21.
- Support and maintainers of existing customers.
- Researching organizations and individuals to find new opportunities.
- Increasing the value of current customers while attracting new ones.
- Finding and developing New markets and clients.
- Proposals and Quotations for clients.
Requirements
- Preferably 1 year of experience working in the HR especially Payroll using applications like Employment Hero, Info-tech, etc.
- Fresh graduate who is willing to learn are welcome to apply.
- Well versed in Employment Act.
- Good communication and writing skills.
- Competent in MS Word (understands how to use formatting tools) and Excel (Competent with formulas)
