Roles & Responsibilities

  • Manage SME clients - acting as a point of contact between SME clients and HR Shared Services Team.
  • Has to be comfortable meeting with clients and provide sensible solutions to address HR issues.
  • Advice clients on matters relating to Payroll Policies/practices and Employment Act requirements.
  • Developing Employee Handbook, HR Templates, Policies and Procedures for SMEs.
  • Manage Payroll, CPF, IR21.
  • Support and maintainers of existing customers.
  • Researching organizations and individuals to find new opportunities.
  • Increasing the value of current customers while attracting new ones.
  • Finding and developing New markets and clients.
  • Proposals and Quotations for clients.

Requirements

  • Preferably 1 year of experience working in the HR especially Payroll using applications like Employment Hero, Info-tech, etc.
  • Fresh graduate who is willing to learn are welcome to apply.
  • Well versed in Employment Act.
  • Good communication and writing skills.
  • Competent in MS Word (understands how to use formatting tools) and Excel (Competent with formulas)
