HR Executive / Manager

Responsibilities:

· Handle full spectrum of HR functions

· Manage recruitment and onboarding processes

· Maintain accurate HR records and employee data

· Support performance appraisal and employee development plans

· Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies

· Coordinate employee engagement activities and internal communications

· Assist in payroll processing and HR reporting

· Manage employee records and expense claims

· Manange email account

· Maintain proper filing system, documentation, and database of employees and work permit holders

· Support ad-hoc duties, projects and coordinate company activities as assigned.


Requirements:

· Candidate must posses at least Diploma/Degree in Human Resource Management or related field

· Minimum 3 years’ HR experience (HR executive or above level preferred)

· Strong interpersonal and communication skills

· Meticulous with good organizational skills

· Proficient in MS Office and HR systems

· Able to handle confidential information with integrity

· Good knowledge of local regulatory requirements is preferred
