HR Executive
Job Requirements:
Strategic HR & Business Partnership
- Implement HR business plans to drive company objectives and manpower planning across all departments.
- Advise management on labor laws, statutory compliance, and timely legal updates.
- Act as a key contributor or Chairperson for internal committees and corporate gatherings.
Talent Management & Employee Experience
- Manage the full employee lifecycle: recruitment, selection, orientation, and induction.
- Oversee performance appraisal systems and facilitate company-wide training plans.
- Drive employee relations by mediating conflicts and maintaining staff discipline and cohesiveness.
Foreign Manpower (NTS) & Compliance
- End-to-end management of NTS employees, including recruitment/repatriation, work permit renewals, security bonds, and workmen’s insurance.
- Serve as the primary liaison for government agencies, statutory bodies, and external auditors.
HR Operations & Administration
- Maintain accurate personnel records within the ERP system.
- Manage benefits administration, including the review and appointment of company medical clinics.
- Execute ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Director’s office or immediate supervisor.
Key Requirements:
- Education: Diploma or GCE A-Levels
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of relevant HR experience (Engineering/Construction sector background preferred).
- Strong Communication: Must be able to write and converse concisely and effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Proactive Problem Solver: Ability to "nose out" or anticipate organizational problems before they escalate.
- Compliance-Minded: Deep understanding of local labor laws and statutory reporting requirements.
