HR Executive

Job Requirements:

Strategic HR & Business Partnership

  1. Implement HR business plans to drive company objectives and manpower planning across all departments.
  2. Advise management on labor laws, statutory compliance, and timely legal updates.
  3. Act as a key contributor or Chairperson for internal committees and corporate gatherings.


Talent Management & Employee Experience

  1. Manage the full employee lifecycle: recruitment, selection, orientation, and induction.
  2. Oversee performance appraisal systems and facilitate company-wide training plans.
  3. Drive employee relations by mediating conflicts and maintaining staff discipline and cohesiveness.


Foreign Manpower (NTS) & Compliance

  1. End-to-end management of NTS employees, including recruitment/repatriation, work permit renewals, security bonds, and workmen’s insurance.
  2. Serve as the primary liaison for government agencies, statutory bodies, and external auditors.


HR Operations & Administration

  1. Maintain accurate personnel records within the ERP system.
  2. Manage benefits administration, including the review and appointment of company medical clinics.
  3. Execute ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Director’s office or immediate supervisor.

Key Requirements:

  • Education: Diploma or GCE A-Levels
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of relevant HR experience (Engineering/Construction sector background preferred).
  • Strong Communication: Must be able to write and converse concisely and effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Proactive Problem Solver: Ability to "nose out" or anticipate organizational problems before they escalate.
  • Compliance-Minded: Deep understanding of local labor laws and statutory reporting requirements.
