HR Executive

Job Description

  • WICA Support: Provide end to end administrative assistance for work-related accidents, including the systematic collection of Medical Certificates and invoices for up to 1 year post-injury and coordinating effectively with brokers and insurers to facilitate claim assessments.
  • Work Pass Administration: Manage comprehensive Work Permit and S Pass renewal processes, specifically creating 2027 listings, organising necessary documentation and liaising with manpower agencies to ensure compliance with MOM regulations
  • Corporate Card: Execute weekly reporting and meticulous receipt collation for HR usage, ensuring all expenditures are properly tracked and documented.
  • Lalamove Account: Oversee the Lalamove account for Mouldgone operations, ensuring sufficient funds are maintained through timely S$300 top ups and tracking usage for budget consistency.
  • HR Calendar: Develop and maintain an annual activity calendar to ensure all HR related renewals, statutory exercises and scheduled departmental events are tracked and completed on time.
  • Vendor Billing: Coordinate medical and levy billing with the Finance department, ensuring that costs are accurately allocated to the appropriate cost centers.
  • SpeedAsia: Collate and synthesise data across all HR functions to refresh the SpeedAsia platform content, maintaining high attention to detail to ensure accurate presentation.
  • Prepare Confirmation and Exit Letters
  • Manage the onboarding process of new hires

Requirements

  • Being pro-active, mature, meticulous, analytical, organized and a dedicated team player
  • Being hands-on, able to work independently in a dynamic & fast pace environment and able to prioritize and work to tight deadlines.
  • Excellent interpersonal and influencing skills
  • Must be able to handle high level of confidential information regarding employees with sensitivity
  • Proficiency in Microsoft office applications
  • Knowledge in expat administrations will be an added advantage
