· <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Manage <\/span><\/span>employee engagement, employee relations<\/span><\/span><\/b><\/b>, and resolve employee queries effectively<\/span><\/span> · <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Handle <\/span><\/span>payroll processing<\/span><\/span><\/b><\/b> accurately and address payroll\-related issues<\/span><\/span> · <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Ensure <\/span><\/span>statutory compliance<\/span><\/span><\/b><\/b> with Indian labor laws, including <\/span><\/span>PF, ESI, PT, and Gratuity<\/span><\/span><\/b><\/b> · <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Maintain and update <\/span><\/span>HR records<\/span><\/span><\/b><\/b>, employee master data, attendance, and leave management systems<\/span><\/span> · <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Prepare and issue <\/span><\/span>HR letters<\/span><\/span><\/b><\/b> such as offer letters, appointment letters, confirmation letters, and experience letters<\/span><\/span> · <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Generate <\/span><\/span>HR MIS reports<\/span><\/span><\/b><\/b>, dashboards, and analytical reports using Excel<\/span><\/span> · <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors when required<\/span><\/span> · <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Ensure <\/span><\/span>confidentiality of employee data<\/span><\/span><\/b><\/b> and compliance with company policies<\/span><\/span> · <\/span><\/span><\/span>Excellent <\/span>verbal and written communication skills<\/span><\/b> · <\/span><\/span><\/span>Strong understanding of <\/span>payroll processing and statutory compliance<\/span><\/b> · <\/span><\/span><\/span>Advanced <\/span>Excel skills<\/span><\/b> for HR reporting and data analysis<\/span> · <\/span><\/span><\/span>High level of <\/span>attention to detail and confidentiality<\/span><\/b> · <\/span><\/span><\/span>Hands\-on experience or working knowledge of <\/span>GreytHR<\/span><\/b> (preferred/advantage)<\/span> · <\/span><\/span><\/span>Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively<\/span> · <\/span><\/span><\/span>Willingness to work <\/span>night shifts<\/span><\/b> · <\/span><\/span><\/span>Strong interpersonal and problem\-solving skills<\/span> · <\/span><\/span><\/span>Ability to thrive in a fast\-paced HR environment<\/span> · <\/span><\/span><\/span>Preferred education is MBA Business Administration (HR)<\/span>
