HR Executive (Talent Acquisition) – High Volume Hiring | F&B Industry | Up to $4,000
Company Overview
Our client is a well-established and growing F&B group in Singapore with multiple outlets and strong brand presence. They are currently looking for a driven Talent Acquisition Executive to support ongoing expansion and hiring needs in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment, including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand manpower needs and hiring requirements
- Coordinate interviews and ensure a smooth hiring process
- Evaluate and optimise recruitment channels based on cost and effectiveness
- Handle work pass applications and liaise with relevant authorities on employment-related matters
- Prepare employment documentation (e.g. Letters of Appointment) and maintain employee records
- Build partnerships with schools and support internship and traineeship programmes
- Track recruitment metrics and assist with salary benchmarking
- Support HR projects and perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management or related discipline
- At least 2 years of recruitment experience, preferably in high-volume hiring
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, able to work with stakeholders at all levels
- Resourceful, proactive, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Good organisational and multitasking skills
Additional Information
- Experience in service-oriented or fast-paced industries will be an advantage
- Exposure to diverse workforce environments is a plus
- Training will be provided where required
