We are looking for a dynamic HR Executive who will play a key role in both talent acquisition and HR operations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys end\-to\-end recruitment while also contributing to employee engagement, policy implementation, and HR compliance.<\/span>

  • Expert in various job portal like likedin, Naukri and other free portals.<\/span><\/span><\/span>

  • Excellent Sourcing skills.<\/span><\/span><\/span>

  • Excellent Negotiation skills.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/li>
  • Good knowledge of IT technical concepts.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/li>
  • Good at Relationship management.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/li>
  • Excellent analytical, presentation and interpersonal skills which includes email etiquette.<\/span><\/span><\/span>

  • Has to be a Company brand ambassador over various social channels.<\/span><\/span><\/span>

  • Detail oriented.<\/span><\/span><\/span>

    Responsibilities : <\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/span>
    <\/h1>
    • Conversant with end to end recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding the candidates,
      <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>\- Sourcing the candidates from job portals, employee referrals, and social media and job postings in the portal.
      \- Taking first round of Techno HR interview.
      \- Identify right fit for the position
      \- Scheduling the candidates for next round of interviews based on the technical panel availability and follow up for the feedback.
      \- Rolling out offers and salary negotiation.
      \- Follow up with the candidate till they are onboarded.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>
    • Carry out joining formalities.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
      <\/span><\/li>
    • Should be highly adaptable to new technologies and business environment and strong in IT recruitment.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
      <\/span><\/li>
    • Should be able to identify information gaps in CVs.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
      <\/span><\/li><\/ul>

      Requirements :<\/span><\/span><\/h1>
      • Education:<\/span><\/span><\/b> <\/span>MBA HR or Any Post Graduate degree in HR<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
        <\/span><\/li>
      • Min. 1\-3 years of experience as Technical Recruiter<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
        <\/span><\/li>
      • Good understanding of various programming languages like DotNet, PHP, Java, iOS, Android, Flutter, ReactNative, Javascript, etc. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
        <\/span><\/li>
      • Able to screen candidates with basic technical questions.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
        <\/span><\/li>
      • Able to work independently.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
        <\/span><\/li>
      • Able to work with any ATS (Applicant Tracking System).<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
        <\/span><\/li>
      • Well versed with Microsoft Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
