<\/span> The General Manager \u2013 Human Resources will lead and manage the complete HR\nfunction, ensuring alignment of HR strategies with business objectives. The\nrole will oversee talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance\nmanagement, HR operations, statutory compliance, policy implementation,\nlearning & development, and overall people management initiatives while\ndriving a high\-performance culture.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>Key Responsibilities:<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/b>
<\/span><\/span><\/p>Strategic HR Leadership<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/b>
<\/span><\/span><\/p>- Develop and\n execute HR strategies aligned with organizational goals and business\n priorities.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/li>- Partner with\n leadership teams on workforce planning and organizational development\n initiatives.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/li>- Drive HR\n transformation projects and process improvements.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/li><\/ul>Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/b>
<\/span><\/span><\/p>- Lead\n end\-to\-end recruitment activities across levels.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/li>- Develop talent\n acquisition strategies for critical and leadership hiring.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/li>- Ensure\n effective manpower planning and succession planning.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/li><\/ul>HR Operations & Employee Lifecycle Management<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/b>
<\/span><\/span><\/p>- Manage\n complete employee lifecycle from onboarding to exit formalities.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/li>- Oversee HRMS\n administration and employee records management.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/li>- Ensure smooth\n implementation of HR policies and procedures.<\/span><\/span><\/span>

<\/div> \n\u2022 Ensure fair implementation of company policies and disciplinary procedures. <\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/div> \n\u2022 Support management in handling sensitive employee matters and workplace investigations. <\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/div> \n\u2022 Drive initiatives to enhance employee morale, retention, and workplace harmony. <\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/div> \n\u2022 Liaise with legal/statutory authorities on labor\-related matters, where applicable.<\/span><\/span><\/span>

<\/span><\/span><\/p>- Drive\n performance management systems, goal setting, appraisals, and performance\n reviews.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/li>- Support\n leadership teams in performance discussions and development planning.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/li><\/ul>Employee Engagement & Culture<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/b>
<\/span><\/span><\/p>- Develop and\n implement employee engagement initiatives.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/li>- Drive\n organizational culture and employee satisfaction programs.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/li>- Address\n employee grievances and maintain healthy employee relations.<\/span><\/span><\/span>

<\/span><\/span><\/p>- Manage\n compensation structures, annual increments, and benchmarking activities.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
