HR Generalist - EMEA (Spain & UK)

Verisk is a global data, analytics, and technology leader that helps organizations make better decisions in areas that matter, including risk, resilience, and sustainability. With 9,000 colleagues worldwide, we combine deep expertise, advanced analytics, and technology to drive meaningful impact at scale.

We are hiring an EMEA HR Generalist to support our HR Business Partners across the region, with a primary focus on Spain and the UK. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys owning HR delivery, building trusted relationships, and supporting employees and managers across diverse markets and business units.

You will act as an extension of the HR Business Partner team, owning end-to-end delivery of key HR processes while serving as a first point of contact for managers and employees. The role offers strong autonomy, regional exposure, and the opportunity to contribute to meaningful HR work in a stable, global organization.

Success in this role means ensuring smooth HR operations, supporting managers effectively, reducing operational workload for HRBPs, and proactively using HR data to identify trends and improve decision-making.
