HR GENERALIST - Full-time or 6 hours part-time
ACCOR HotelServices Hungary Ltd. being operator of hotels under ACCOR brands (ibis, ibis Styles, JO & JOE, Handwritten, Mercure, Novotel, TRIBE, Mövenpick, Pullman, Swissotel) is looking for an HR GENERALIST who will be responsible for providing comprehensive HR support in respect of ACCOR’s Budapest Support Office as main focus, and occasional support for hotel operations activities in the region.
Full-time or Part time (6 hours) employment with a permanent contract.
Place of work: ACCOR HotelServices Magyarország Kft., 1123 Budapest, Alkotás utca 53.
What you will be doing:
- HR support for Budapest Support Office managers, team members (~ 35 colleagues)
- Coordinate the full Employee Lifecycle in Budapest Support Office (from recruitment to on/offboarding)
- Monitoring talent pipeline, mobility, learning and development needs of Budapest Support Office employees
- Manage all payroll processes in collaboration with external payroll provider
- Managing the employees’ labour documentation (e.g. contracts, promotions, etc.)
- Maintain confidential file system for employees and candidates
- Oversee HR Data while entering new hires, promotions, transfers and terminations
- HR data reporting
- Participate in development of local policies, SOPs and other internal guidelines and handbooks
- Participate and support HR digital projects
- Drive Employee Engagement actions, contribution to local CSR projects, event organization, internal communication
- Support and coordinate Budapest Support Office OSH activities (e.g. occupational health check, work-and fire safety) in collaboration with external service providers
- Company car fleet management and full administration support
- Rollout and implementation of HR topics in the Budapest Support Office
- Contribute to global / regional HR projects
- University or college degree (advantage: HR, organizational development, andragogy, labour law)
- Minimum 3 years’ professional experience in a similar role (HR Specialist, Generalist, Coordinator)
- Experience in payroll coordination, numerical understanding
- Confident knowledge of the Hungarian Labour Code
- Advanced level business English, fluent in Hungarian
- Digital / Social media fluency, professional use of MS Office applications and AI
- Proven ability to maintain professionalism in a highly confidential environment
- Diplomatic, helpful, warm and approachable personality
- Initially full-time job, but the job content can be adapted to 6 hours in case part-time is preferred by the candidate
