We are looking for a dynamic and detail\-oriented HR Generalist to manage end\-to\-end HR<\/span><\/span><\/span>

Key Responsibilities<\/span><\/span><\/b><\/span>

1. Attendance Management<\/span><\/span><\/b><\/span>
<\/div>
<\/div>
● Maintain daily attendance records using HRMS (Zoho People preferred)<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/div>
<\/div>
● Monitor leave, late coming, absenteeism, and shift tracking<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/div>
<\/div>
● Generate attendance reports for payroll processing<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/div>
<\/div>
2. Recruitment (Internal Hiring)<\/span><\/span><\/b><\/span>
<\/div>
<\/div>
● Source candidates through job portals, social media, and internal references<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/div>
<\/div>
● Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/div>
<\/div>
● Coordinate with department heads for hiring requirements<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/div>
<\/div>
● Manage end\-to\-end recruitment lifecycle<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/div>
<\/div>
3. Offer & Joining Coordination<\/span><\/span><\/b><\/span>
<\/div>
<\/div>
● Prepare and release offer letters<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/div>
<\/div>
● Coordinate onboarding and joining formalities<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/div>
<\/div>
● Ensure smooth induction and documentation completion<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/div>
<\/div>
4. Verification & Compliance<\/span><\/span><\/b><\/span>
<\/div>
<\/div>
● Conduct background verification and reference checks<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/div>
<\/div>
● Verify educational and employment documents<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/div>
<\/div>
● Maintain employee records with accuracy and confidentiality<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/div>
<\/div>
5. Statutory Compliance<\/span><\/span><\/b><\/span>
<\/div>
<\/div>
● Coordinate PF, ESI, and labour law compliance with consultants<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/div>
<\/div>
● Ensure timely filings and adherence to statutory regulations<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/div>
<\/div>
● Maintain compliance records and audits.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/div>
<\/div>
6. Payroll Management<\/span><\/span><\/b><\/span>
<\/div>
<\/div>
● Process monthly payroll with accuracy<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/div>
<\/div>
● Handle salary structure, deductions, and reimbursements<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/div>
<\/div>
● Coordinate with accounts for salary disbursement<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/div>
<\/div>
● Ensure compliance with statutory deductions<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/div>
<\/div>
7. Employee Documentation<\/span><\/span><\/b><\/span>
<\/div>
<\/div>
● Maintain complete employee files (digital & physical)<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/div>
<\/div>
● Handle HR documentation including contracts, policies, and letters<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/div>
<\/div>
● Ensure proper record keeping and data management<\/span><\/span><\/span>
