HR Generalist - Life Sciences (6260173)
The Human Resources Generalist will support the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, HR administration, payroll support, benefits coordination, compliance, and HR projects.
This role requires a strong people-oriented HR professional with excellent English communication skills, solid knowledge of Argentinian labor practices, and the ability to build trust with employees and managers across all levels of the organization.

Key Responsibilities
Manage recruitment processes, including job postings, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, candidate follow-up, and offer support.
Partner with hiring managers and HR leadership to understand staffing needs and support talent acquisition strategies.
Coordinate onboarding, employee documentation, HRIS updates, and new hire integration.
Serve as a trusted point of contact for employees and managers regarding HR policies, employee relations, and workplace concerns.
Support employee relations matters, conflict resolution, investigations, performance conversations, and disciplinary processes.
Maintain accurate employee files, records, HR documentation, and compliance-related information.
Support payroll, benefits administration, leave management, and HR operational processes.
Assist with HR policies, procedures, internal communications, audits, and employee engagement initiatives.
Support HR projects related to culture, employee experience, process improvement, and organizational development.
Ensure consistent application of HR policies and compliance with Argentinian labor law requirements.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum 5 years of progressive HR experience.
Strong HR Generalist experience, including employee relations, recruitment, onboarding, HR administration, and compliance.
Recruitment and talent acquisition experience across different levels of the organization.
Knowledge of Argentinian labor laws, employment documentation, terminations, and labor compliance.
Excellent English and Spanish communication skills, both written and verbal.
Strong communication, conflict resolution, listening, and relationship-building skills.
Experience working with HRIS platforms and Microsoft Office; Google Workspace experience is a plus.
Ability to handle sensitive employee matters with discretion, professionalism, and confidentiality.
Highly organized, proactive, flexible, and able to manage multiple priorities.
