HR Intern

Applied Materials is looking for a 6-months Intern with relevant area of studies within Human Resource.

Key responsibilities

  • Coordinate the rollout of employee engagement surveys, including communications, timelines, and follow-up action planning

  • Support award or accreditation submissions related to workplace culture and employee experience

  • Maintain monthly headcount tracking in partnership with HR Operations and Shared Services

  • Ensure data accuracy and timely reporting to support business and workforce planning needs

  • Provide insights or dashboards to relevant stakeholders as required

  • Organize wellness-related talks, campaigns, and programs with external vendors

  • Promote initiatives aimed at improving employee well-being, work-life harmony, and overall workplace satisfaction

  • Assist in coordinating benefits renewal cycles and the introduction of new benefit offerings

  • Support the rollout and ongoing engagement of employee platforms or digital experience tools

  • Work collaboratively across HR functions to support overarching employee experience processes
