HR Intern

  • Assists with the recruitment process by conducting resume screening, reference check, scheduling and conducts initial interview
  • Assists orientation and update records of new hires (201 files)
  • Assists in managing employee databases and prepare reports
  • Assists in processing employee request and providing employee relations
  • Assists in other employee relations and discipline task
  • Assists in processing other related payroll and benefit task.
  • Keep up-to-date with the latest HR trends
  • Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program in Human Resources Development Management, Psychology or any related courses
  • Able to commit at least 500 hours (full-time internship - Monday to Friday)
  • Good communication skills with excellent analytical problem-solving skills
  • Proactive individual with the ability to work independently
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willing to work Onsite
