HR Intern

We are seeking a motivated HR Intern to support our Human\nResources team in recruitment, employee engagement, and HR administration. This\nrole provides hands\-on experience in HR processes within an education center\nand is ideal for someone looking to build a career in Human Resources.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in end\-to\-end recruitment processes, including job\nposting, shortlisting resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with\ncandidates.

Maintain and update employee databases, ensuring accuracy\nand confidentiality of records.
<\/p>

Follow up on HR\-related requests such as onboarding\ndocumentation, reference checks, and employee information updates.
<\/p>

Support employee engagement initiatives, including\norganizing activities, recognition programs, and feedback sessions.

Help with HR administrative tasks, including maintaining\nfiles, preparing reports, and supporting HR projects as needed.

Requirements<\/h3>

Qualifications:<\/p>

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human\nResources, Business Administration, or related field.

Basic understanding of recruitment and HR processes.
<\/p>

Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and\ncomfortable using HR databases.
<\/p>

Good communication and interpersonal skills.
