HR Intern – Recruitment & HR Operations

Vrisva is looking for a motivated HR Intern<\/b> to support its Talent Acquisition and HR Operations<\/b> functions. This role is ideal for someone with ~6 months of prior internship experience in HR, specifically recruitment, who wants to gain deeper exposure to end\-to\-end hiring processes and core HR tasks in a dynamic start\-up environment.

Recruitment Support<\/b>

  • Source candidates using job portals, LinkedIn, internal databases, and referrals.
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on role requirements.
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Schedule and coordinate interviews (telephonic, virtual, and on\-site).
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Maintain recruitment tracking sheets and candidate MIS.
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Communicate with candidates regarding interview schedules, feedback, and onboarding steps.
    <\/p><\/li><\/ul>

    HR Operations Support<\/b>
    <\/p>

    • Assist with onboarding activities including document collection and new\-joiner orientation coordination.
      <\/p><\/li>

    • Maintain and update HR records and employee databases.
      <\/p><\/li>

    • Support basic HR admin tasks such as attendance tracking, filing, and HR correspondence.
      <\/p><\/li>

    • Help in organising employee engagement activities and internal communications.
