HR Intern
1. Talent and Recruitment
- Assist in recruitment activities, including job postings, resume screening and interview scheduling.
- Support the full internship hiring journey – from sourcing to onboarding.
- Assist in organising and participating in career fairs and recruitment-related events.
- Design eye-catching recruitment posters and content using Canva.
2. Onboarding Experience
- Help create a smooth and welcoming onboarding experience for new hires.
- Prepare onboarding documents and support orientation sessions, including preparation and management of new hires documentation.
3. HR Operations
- Support day-to-day HR tasks (data entry, filing, document preparation).
- Keep employee records organised and up to date.
- Contribute ideas to improve HR processes and projects.
Job Holder’s Requirement
- Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Able to handle confidential information with professionalism.
- Organised, detail-oriented and proactive.
- Comfortable communicating with different people.
- Basic Microsoft Office skills (bonus if you know Canva!).
- Curious, willing to learn and not afraid to speak up.
