This internship offers hands\-on experience in the end\-to\-end recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, coordinating interviews, and assisting with onboarding activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in posting job openings on job portals and social media platforms

  • Source potential candidates through databases, job boards, and LinkedIn

  • Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements

  • Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers

  • Conduct initial HR screening calls
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Assist in preparing offer letters and onboarding documentation

  • Support employer branding initiatives and campus recruitment drives

    Required Skills & Qualifications

    • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field

    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

    • Basic understanding of recruitment processes

    • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

    • Familiarity with job portals and LinkedIn is a plus
