We are looking for a motivated and detail\-oriented HR Recruiter Intern to support our talent acquisition team. This internship offers hands\-on experience in the end\-to\-end recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, coordinating interviews, and assisting with onboarding activities.

Key Responsibilities
<\/h3>Assist in posting job openings on job portals and social media platforms

Source potential candidates through databases, job boards, and LinkedIn

Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements

Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
<\/p><\/li>
Conduct initial HR screening calls
<\/p><\/li>
Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers
<\/p><\/li>
Assist in preparing offer letters and onboarding documentation
<\/p><\/li>
Support employer branding initiatives and campus recruitment drives

Requirements<\/h3>Required Skills & Qualifications
<\/h3>Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
<\/p><\/li>
Basic understanding of recruitment processes
<\/p><\/li>
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
<\/p><\/li>
Familiarity with job portals and LinkedIn is a plus

Good organizational and time\-management skills
