<\/span><\/p>- Assist with<\/span> <\/span><\/span>end\-to\-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews.
<\/span><\/li>- Support<\/span> <\/span><\/span>employee onboarding, documentation, induction, and internal coordination.
<\/span><\/li>- Help maintain HR data, employee records, and daily operational trackers.
<\/span><\/li>- Assist in planning and executing<\/span> <\/b><\/span><\/span>employee engagement activities<\/span><\/b>, events, and communication drives.
<\/span><\/li>- Coordinate with internal teams to support daily HR operations.
<\/span><\/li>- Contribute to improving HR processes, documentation, and candidate experience.
<\/span><\/li>- Support attendance monitoring, leave records, and HR reporting as required.

Requirements<\/h3>- Graduates from<\/span> <\/span><\/span>BBA / BCom / BA / BMS / BSc<\/span><\/b> <\/span><\/span>or related fields with interest in<\/span> <\/span><\/span>Human Resources<\/span><\/b>.<\/span>
<\/span><\/li>- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.<\/span>
<\/span><\/li>- High attention to detail, organizational ability, and professionalism.<\/span>
<\/span><\/li>- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).<\/span>
