HR Legal intern

What's the role?

During this six month internship you'll take ownership of meaningful HR projects for France,

with a strong focus on legal compliance, structure, and continuous improvement.

To be most successful here, an interest in turning complex employment law into clear, workable processes

would be ideal. You'll have the opportunity to:

• Audit employment contracts and support corrections, including drafting amendments where

needed

• Provide legal and project support on payroll topics, researching applicable requirements

and contributing to the action plan

• Document operational HR processes backed by relevant legal and compliance information,

and review internal templates such as employment agreements and letters so current

versions stay accessible and older ones are archived

• Help keep the mandatory HR and legal documentation framework in place and current, in

line with the company's obligations

• Build and maintain a project plan and tracker that supports progress, visibility, and

accountability

• Turn internal documentation into clear knowledge articles for employees

Who are you?

You are someone with an eye for detail who genuinely enjoys getting things right, and you are

excited to apply employment law to real, practical projects.

For this role we are looking for a background in French employment law, gained through either HR or legal studies.

Alongside that, it would be ideal if you

• Are studying or have studied law or HR, with a focus on employment law

• Like to bring structure to operational work and enjoy seeing a project through to the end

• Communicate clearly in English; French would be a strong plus.

• Are looking for an internship because you want to, even if your studies do not require one

What Do We Offer?

• Practical experience with real, high visibility HR and legal projects in an international tech

company

• Close guidance from experienced People Enablement and legal professionals

• A friendly, international team where your ideas and questions are welcome

• The chance to see your work make a concrete difference for our employees in France
