Job brief
· We are looking for a skilled HR Manager who operates at a strategic level and acts as a true partner to the CEO.
· This role goes beyond traditional HR functions; it is about shaping the people strategy to align with company goals, creating an engaging culture, and driving to recruit, support and develop talent through developing policies and managing procedures.
· You have a strong understanding of business strategy anddemonstrate the ability to translate it into people strategies.
Responsibilities
· Responsible for and contribute to making the company a better place to work.
· Design and implement employee engagement and motivation programs that foster a high-performance, accountable, and collaborative culture.
· Lead organizational development initiatives, including talent planning, succession planning, and performance management frameworks.
· Build and maintain a culture of open communication, recognition, and continuous feedback.
· Advise management on HR policies, workforce planning, and organizational effectiveness.
· Champion initiatives that enhance employee experience, retention, and employer branding.
· Monitor and report on HR metrics to drive informed decision-making and measure the impact of people programs.
· Provide counselling on policies and procedures
· Create and implement effective onboarding plans
· Develop training and development programs
· Assist in performance management processes
· Support the management of disciplinary and grievance issues
· Review employment and working conditions to ensure legalcompliance
Requirements and skills
· Proven experience as HR Manager, HR Business Partner or other HR position
· Knowledge of HR functions (pay & benefits, recruitment,training & development etc.)
· Understanding of labour laws and disciplinary procedures
· Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of HRMS is a plus
· Outstanding organisational and time-management abilities
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
· Problem-solving and decision-making aptitude
· Strong ethics and reliability
· BSc/BA in business administration, social studies or relevantfield; further training will be a plus
