HR Manager (Central North / 5 days / F&B Industry) [SAS]

  • Oversee full spectrum of HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, training, and compliance
  • Manage end-to-end payroll processing and ensure accuracy and timeliness
  • Monitor and control monthly manpower costs, including budgeting and expense tracking
  • Handle onboarding and offboarding processes, including documentation, uniforms, contracts, and certifications
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases
  • Manage work pass applications, renewals, and cancellations for foreign employees
  • Provide advisory support to employees on HR and administrative matters (e.g. leave, payroll, insurance, retention)
  • Oversee daily HR and administrative operations to ensure smooth business functioning
  • Handle applications and renewals for regulatory requirements, including SFA licensing and food hygiene certifications
  • Manage submission and tracking of statutory claims and filings (e.g. NS make-up pay, government-paid leave, IR8A, CPF, IR21)
  • Perform any other ad hoc duties as assigned
