HR MANAGER

Job Description:

  • Oversee the full spectrum of human resource functions.
  • Manage the recruitment process for all levels of the organization, ensuring a seamless and efficient hiring process. Develop innovative talent acquisition strategies to attract and retain top-tier talent.
  • Manage compensation and benefits programs, including salary benchmarking, benefits administration, and payroll processing. Ensure competitive and equitable compensation practices.
  • Ensure compliance with Work Injury Compensation Act (WICA) policies and procedures, Ministry of Manpower (MOM) labor laws, and Inland Revenue Authority of Singapore (IRAS) tax regulations.
  • Address employee relations matters, including grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution. Foster a positive work culture through employee engagement initiatives.
  • Manage office services and IT coordination.
  • Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by management.

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma/ Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • At least 5 years in an HR generalist/ manage role.
  • Experience working in the building developer/ construction industry.
  • Prior experience with InfoTech is advantageous.
