Key Responsibilities<\/span>

  • Partner with business leaders to align HR strategies with organizational objectives.<\/span>

  • Drive workforce planning, organizational design, and succession planning.<\/span>

  • Lead end\-to\-end talent management, including hiring strategy, performance management, career development, and retention initiatives.<\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Act as a trusted advisor to leadership on employee relations, performance issues, organizational effectiveness, and change management.<\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Develop and implement HR policies, processes, and best practices to enhance employee experience and operational excellence.<\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Drive employee engagement, culture\-building, diversity & inclusion, and leadership development initiatives.<\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Lead performance review cycles, talent reviews, and succession planning discussions.<\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Collaborate with the Compensation & Benefits team on salary benchmarking, rewards, and recognition programs.<\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Ensure compliance with labour laws, statutory requirements, company policies, and HR governance standards.<\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Build and monitor HR dashboards, analyze people metrics, and provide actionable insights to leadership.<\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Coach and mentor HR team members while fostering a culture of continuous learning and accountability.<\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Partner closely with Talent Acquisition, Operations, Finance, and Business teams to support business growth and organizational transformation.<\/span>

    Requirements<\/h3>
    • MBA/MSW in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, or a related field.<\/span>
      <\/li>
    • 10\u201315+ years of progressive HR experience, including leadership roles.<\/span>
