  • Manage end\-to\-end payroll process ensuring accuracy and timely disbursement of <\/span>

    <\/span>salaries.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li>

  • Maintain employee attendance, leave records, and deductions.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li>

  • Handle statutory compliances related to PF, ESIC, Gratuity, and TDS. <\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li><\/ul>

    2. Appraisal & Performance Review <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/b><\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/h3>
    • Design and manage appraisal cycles in coordination with department heads.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
      <\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li>

    • Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback frameworks.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
      <\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li>

    • Support managers in creating performance improvement plans. <\/span>
      <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li><\/ul>

      3. Recruitment & Hiring <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/b><\/span><\/span>
      <\/h3>
      • Manage full\-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
        <\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li>

      • Conduct campus interviews and build talent pipelines for fresh recruitment.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
        <\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li>

      • Coordinate with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements. <\/span>
        <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li><\/ul>

        4. Legal Compliances<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/b><\/span><\/span>
        <\/h3>
        • Ensure compliance with labor laws, employment acts, and company policies.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
          <\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li>

        • Draft and maintain HR policies, employee contracts, and legal documents.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
          <\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li>

        • Liaise with government authorities and auditors for compliance matters. <\/span>

          • Monitor effectiveness of training through feedback and assessments. <\/span>
