役割概要(Role Purpose)
広島工場の成長と将来に向けて、信頼される People(人事)リーダーを募集しています。サイト経営陣およびグローバルチームと密接に連携し、将来の人材戦略の構築、リーダー育成の強化、そして前向きで協働的な企業文化の醸成を推進していただきます。本ポジションは、広島工場 の長期的な成功に大きな影響を与える重要な役割です。
主な職務内容(Key Responsibilities)
戦略的パートナーシップおよびリーダー支援
- サイト経営陣の主要パートナーとして、人事戦略を事業目標および長期ビジョンと整合させる。
- サクセッションプランニング、ワークフォース戦略、多様性・包括性の推進を通じて、強固なリーダーシップパイプラインを構築する。
- 組織設計、リーダー育成、複雑な人事課題に関するエグゼクティブコーチングを提供する。
- ガバナンスフォーラムにおいて People 組織を代表し、データに基づくインサイトを活用して意思決定を支援する。
グローバル人事プログラムの導入と推進
- 報酬、表彰、学習、タレントマネジメントなど、グローバル人事プログラムの円滑な導入と定着をリードする。
- ジョブレベル構造の移行、SPOC の最適化、IC およびマネジメント層に向けたキャリアパス設計など、主要なチェンジマネジメントを推進する。
- 公平性・透明性・コンプライアンスを担保しながら、昇格・評価・報酬プロセスを統括する。
人事データ分析およびオペレーション最適化
- People Analytics や KPI を用いて、戦略的意思決定を支援し、ワークフォースの傾向や課題を特定する。
- サイトおよびグローバル経営層向けに、明確で実用的なエグゼクティブインサイトを作成する。
- CoE(センター・オブ・エクセレンス)と連携し、プログラムの改善や最適化に貢献する。
文化・エンゲージメントの推進
- 表彰制度、エンゲージメント施策、リーダーセッションなど、企業文化向上の取り組みを企画・実行する。
- 従業員体験の代弁者として、協働的でインクルーシブな職場環境の構築を支援する。
タレントマネジメントおよび労務対応
- 重要ポジションに対するタレントレビューおよびサクセッションプランニングを主導する。
- 採用チームと協力し、戦略的採用および長期的な人員計画を推進する。
- 複雑な労務(ER)案件について、価値観と法令に沿った公平で適切な対応を導く。
応募資格(Requirements)
- 学士号または同等の経験(修士号歓迎)。
- 10年以上の人事領域でのリーダーシップ経験(経営層とのパートナーシップを含む)。
- 組織の変化や不確実性の中でも影響力を発揮し、リーダーを導く能力。
- People Analytics やワークフォースプランニングを含む高度な分析力。
- 日本語および英語での優れたコミュニケーション能力と文化理解。
- グローバルかつ変化の早い環境で変革を推進できるマインドセット。
Role Purpose
We are seeking a trusted and forward‑thinking People (HR) business partner to support Hiroshima Plant. You will partner closely with site leadership and global teams to build the workforce of the future, strengthen leadership capability, and foster a positive and collaborative culture. Your leadership will directly influence the site’s long‑term success and ensure our teams are ready for the growth ahead.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Partnership and Leadership Support
- Serve as a key advisor to the Site Leadership Team, aligning People strategy with business goals and the site’s long‑term vision.
- Strengthen leadership pipelines through succession planning, workforce strategy, and inclusion initiatives.
- Provide executive coaching on organizational design, leadership development, and complex People matters.
- Represent the People organization in governance forums and support decision‑making with clear, data‑driven insights.
Global Program Leadership
- Lead the implementation of global People programs at the site, including Rewards, Recognition, Learning, and Talent Management.
- Guide major change initiatives such as job level structure transitions, SPOC (span of control) optimization, and career path development for both IC roles and managers.
- Ensure compensation and promotion processes are fair, transparent, and aligned with global frameworks.
People Analytics and Operational Excellence
- Use People analytics and KPIs to support strategic decisions and identify workforce trends.
- Prepare executive‑ready insights and dashboards for site and global leaders.
- Collaborate with Centers of Excellence to refine and improve People programs.
Culture and Engagement
- Drive initiatives that strengthen culture, including recognition programs, engagement action plans, and leadership sessions.
- Serve as a trusted voice for employee experience and promote an inclusive, collaborative, and high‑performing workplace.
Talent Management and Employee Relations
- Lead talent reviews and succession planning for critical roles.
- Partner with recruiting teams to support strategic hiring and long‑term workforce planning.
- Provide guidance on complex employee relations matters to ensure fair, values‑aligned outcomes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; Master’s degree preferred.
- More than 10 years of progressive HR leadership experience, including senior‑level partnership with executives.
- Strong ability to influence leaders and navigate ambiguity.
- Advanced analytical skills, including People analytics and workforce planning.
- Excellent communication skills in Japanese and English, with the ability to navigate cultural nuances effectively.
- Growth mindset and demonstrated ability to lead transformation in a dynamic global environment.
