HR Manager, Shanghai and Ganzhou

The HR Manager, Shanghai and Ganzhou is responsible for leading the HR Practice for a Shanghai and Ganzhou plants. He/She will provide human resources leadership for an inclusive, growth culture where all our employees learn, grow, succeed, and drive business performance. He/she will lead, execute the defined human resources agenda in line with the country business strategy and Ingredion HR Strategy. He/She will develop the HR team to provide high level of business partnership as Best-in-class in HR practices.

Core Responsibilities/ As the Job Title, your main responsibilities would include: :

  • Work with Senior HR Manager, COE, SSC and functional leaders to drive the HR Strategy for business operations covering recruitment, compensation and benefits, training and talent acquisition.
  • Drive and execute HR programs and initiatives that align to business strategy and support the achievement of the organization’s business objectives.
  • Responsible for ensuring data integrity with workday and oversee payroll systems process of Shanghai and Ganzhou.
  • Drive HR Excellence to become an admired HR function who creates a meaningful employee experience to ensure an engaged & sustainable workforce powered by performance, retention, and development.
  • Grow organizational and people capabilities to turn into a learning culture that enables growth of employees and the business.
  • Drive high standards of performance management to improve individual performance and overall company productivity.
  • Attract talent for growth in order to provide the right talent for today and tomorrow at an optimized cost.
  • Accelerate employee and organizational development programs to achieve a growth business.
  • Integrated HR (and enterprise) platform and databases powered by dynamic data analytics to provide workforce insights and optimal employee experience.
  • Demonstrating HR metrics KPIs by managing budget, cost smart, HC report, turnover rate, and C&B report.
  • Maintain good relations with the collective bargaining units and ensure harmonious industrial relations climate in Shanghai and Ganzhou.
  • Ensure that HR and labor practices in Shanghai and Ganzhou are in full compliance with the EBA, Fair Work Act, and other relevant legislation.
  • Oversee the formulation of HR policies and procedures in Shanghai and Ganzhou in line and in compliance with changes in labor regulations and requirements.
  • Consult with and work closely with the functional/business leaders to build organizational capability and talent pipeline to meet current and future business needs.
  • Communicate and drive related change management initiatives to ensure organizational effectiveness.
  • Spearhead and implement measures that will ensure good employees’ climate, high morale, teamwork and communications, inspire company culture and core values.
  • Welling to travel Ganzhou frequently.

Qualified candidates will have:

  • Bachelor Degree
  • Above 5 years work experience in HR functional management
  • Excellent English capability, both in written and spoken
  • Manufactory related HR experience is advantageous.
  • Can do attitude, result driven, fast learning and passion is expected.
