Key Responsibilities<\/b>

  • Assist with day\-to\-day HR operations including recruitment coordination, onboarding, attendance, and employee engagement activities
    <\/p><\/li>\n

  • Support the development and implementation of HR policies, processes, and compliance practices
    <\/p><\/li>\n

  • Maintain and update employee records and HR documentation
    <\/p><\/li>\n

  • Help organize training sessions, team events, and internal communications
    <\/p><\/li>\n

  • Assist with performance appraisal documentation and follow\-ups
    <\/p><\/li>\n

  • Address basic employee queries and route them appropriately
    <\/p><\/li>\n

  • Coordinate with other departments for smooth HR functioning

    Requirements<\/h3>

    • MBA in Human Resources (Freshers welcome)
      <\/p><\/li>\n

    • Good understanding of core HR concepts and Indian labor laws
      <\/p><\/li>\n

    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
      <\/p><\/li>\n

    • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
      <\/p><\/li>\n

    • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and maintain confidentiality
      <\/p><\/li>\n

    • Eagerness to learn, adapt, and contribute to team goals
