Hiring: HR Officer

Location: Lagos

Salary: ₦100,000 – ₦130,000

Requirements
• B.Sc/HND in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field
• Minimum of 1 year HR experience
• Knowledge of recruitment, employee records management, and HR administration
• Proactive, resourceful, and willing to learn
• Construction or project-based experience is an added advantage

Responsibilities
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and employee documentation
• Maintain staff records, attendance, and HR reports
• Assist with employee relations and HR policy implementation
• Coordinate workforce administration and support site personnel
• Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations
