HR Officer - Talent Acquisition (1 Year Contract)

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and manage end-to-end recruitment, including job postings, CV screening, interview scheduling, and interview coordination.
  • Support onboarding by preparing employment contracts, conducting orientation sessions, and ensuring timely completion of documentation.
  • Maintain and update accurate employee records in compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Provide HR administrative support, including filing, report preparation, and handling HR-related correspondence.
  • Assist with HR initiatives such as employee engagement activities, training coordination, and performance management processes.
  • Ensure consistent compliance with HR policies, procedures, and employment regulations.
  • Perform other ad-hoc HR duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of recruitment experience.
  • Familiarity with Tripartite Guidelines on Fair Employment Practices and relevant employment regulations.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills for engaging stakeholders and candidates at various levels.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion and integrity.
