HR Operations Administrator I up to $3600 per month

Work Location: Central

Monthly Salary: up to $3600 per month

Job Scope:

  • Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
  • Handle onboarding, offboarding, contracts, and staff administration.
  • Monitor attendance, leave, timesheets, and payroll-related data.
  • Support recruitment coordination and interview scheduling.
  • Track project manpower, work permits, certifications, and training.
  • Prepare HR and manpower reports for project management.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations.
  • Manage work pass applications, renewals, and compliance documentation for employees.
  • Assist employees with HR-related queries and administrative support.

Requirements:

  • Diploma / Degree
  • Knowledge of work pass application processes and employment regulations will be an advantage
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Strong organizational, administrative, and documentation skills.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Able to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Detail-oriented with strong time management skills.
