HR Operations Advisor (1 Year Contract)

· Liaise with the local HR Team to ensure employee’s life cycle processes are taken care of operationally

· Works closely with the Shared Services Team to ensure accuracy of payroll processing and compliance (Monthly payroll, Bonus payout, Annual Increment) and prepares relevant letters

· Process and administer work permits, training employment pass, S Pass and employment pass including application, renewal and cancellation on a timely manner.

· Managing Processes, People Management, Data Entry Management, Reporting Skills, Compensation and Wage Structure, Benefits Administration, Worker Compensation, Employment Law

· Follow-up on staff promotion appraisal, notice of change form and prepare the letters and follow-up once they complete probationary period for the current position.

· Process NS make-up, Child Care and Maternity claims

· Prepares and process IR8A and ensures exit clearance processes are properly administered

· Generate Monthly Reports as requested

· Advise Operations staff on matters related to employment act, policies and staff handbook.

· Developing and maintaining a strong rapport with staff of all levels and ensure company HR policies are being met.

· Maintains employee confidence by keeping personal and payroll information confidential.

· Ensures excellent customer service & communication at all times

· Complies with local legal requirements by studying existing and new legislation; enforcing adherence to requirements; advising management on needed actions

· Ensure legal compliance with existing and proposed legislations for HR and Sodexo policy are followed accordingly

· Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

· Diploma / Degree in Human Resource Management with minimum 5 years experience as a HR Generalist. Those with payroll experience shall be an added advantage.

· Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by HRM or the Management
