Your role and responsibilities (Mandatory)
In this role, you will have the opportunity to provide administrative services and/or secretarial assistance at an organization or business level. Each day, you will perform complex administrative tasks. You will also showcase your expertise by taking ownership of delivering specific business processes/programs.

This role is contributing to the Electrification Division in Mexico.

This role is contributing to the Electrification Division in Mexico.
You will be mainly accountable for:
- Manage and maintain candidate and new hire information in Workday, ensuring accurate data entry, validation, and updates related to hires, employee movements, and personnel records.
- Coordinate the onboarding process, including tracking required documentation, approvals, and pre-employment activities in Workday, as well as scheduling and confirming start dates.
- Generate, review, and manage employment contracts and all required hiring documentation to ensure a smooth and compliant onboarding experience.
- Monitor compliance with company policies, procedures, and audit requirements by maintaining complete employee records and ensuring processes are aligned with organizational standards.
- Manage the entry, validation, and maintenance of candidate and employee data in Workday and other HR systems, ensuring accuracy, data integrity, and compliance with hiring processes and company standards.

Qualifications for the role (Mandatory)
- You are highly skilled in HR administration, onboarding, hiring processes, and employee documentation management.
- You have 1–3 years of experience in Human Resources, Recruiting Operations, HR Administration, or a related field.
- You possess advanced knowledge of HR systems, preferably Workday, and Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel.
- You are highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- You are passionate about delivering excellent service, ensuring compliance, and maintaining data accuracy.
- You have a demonstrated track record of coordinating administrative processes, managing confidential information, and supporting employee lifecycle activities.
