HR Operations Executive \u2013 Zoho People

We are looking for a proactive and detail\-oriented HR Executive with hands\-on experience in Zoho People<\/a><\/span> to manage day\-to\-day HR operations, employee records, attendance, leave management, onboarding, and HR automation processes. The candidate will support employee lifecycle management and ensure smooth functioning of HRMS activities across the organization.
<\/p>Key Responsibilities
<\/h3>- Manage and maintain employee data in Zoho People.
<\/li> - Handle employee onboarding and exit formalities.
<\/li> - Configure leave, attendance, shifts, and timesheet modules in Zoho People.
<\/li> - Monitor employee attendance, permissions, and work hours.
<\/li> - Generate HR reports such as attendance, leave balance, headcount, and performance data.
<\/li> - Support payroll processing with accurate attendance and employee records.
<\/li> - Create and manage HR workflows, approvals, and automation.
<\/li> - Coordinate recruitment activities including interview scheduling and documentation.
<\/li> - Maintain HR policies, employee files, and compliance records.
<\/li> - Assist employees in resolving Zoho People login, attendance, and portal\-related issues.
<\/li> - Conduct regular HR data audits and ensure accuracy of records.
<\/li> - Coordinate employee engagement and performance management activities.
<\/li><\/ul>Preferred Qualifications
<\/h3>- Bachelor\u2019s degree or MBA in Human Resources.
<\/li> - 1\u20133 years of HR operations or HRMS experience.
<\/li> - Experience with Zoho Payroll or other HR software is an added advantage.
