Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and detail\-oriented HR Executive with hands\-on experience in Zoho People<\/a><\/span> to manage day\-to\-day HR operations, employee records, attendance, leave management, onboarding, and HR automation processes. The candidate will support employee lifecycle management and ensure smooth functioning of HRMS activities across the organization.

Key Responsibilities
<\/h3>
  • Manage and maintain employee data in Zoho People.
    <\/li>
  • Handle employee onboarding and exit formalities.
    <\/li>
  • Configure leave, attendance, shifts, and timesheet modules in Zoho People.
    <\/li>
  • Monitor employee attendance, permissions, and work hours.
    <\/li>
  • Generate HR reports such as attendance, leave balance, headcount, and performance data.
    <\/li>
  • Support payroll processing with accurate attendance and employee records.
    <\/li>
  • Create and manage HR workflows, approvals, and automation.
    <\/li>
  • Coordinate recruitment activities including interview scheduling and documentation.
    <\/li>
  • Maintain HR policies, employee files, and compliance records.
    <\/li>
  • Assist employees in resolving Zoho People login, attendance, and portal\-related issues.
    <\/li>
  • Conduct regular HR data audits and ensure accuracy of records.
    <\/li>
  • Coordinate employee engagement and performance management activities.
    <\/li><\/ul>

    Preferred Qualifications
    <\/h3>
    • Bachelor\u2019s degree or MBA in Human Resources.
      <\/li>
    • 1\u20133 years of HR operations or HRMS experience.
      <\/li>
    • Experience with Zoho Payroll or other HR software is an added advantage.
