HR Operations Smart Start

  • Supporting daily HR processes and operations
  • Responding to HR related request or questions of associates, and supporting communication activities
  • Supporting to coordinate HR service processes with relevant stakeholders
  • Supporting HR systems data maintenance
  • Supporting the preparation and follow-up of employee-related documentations
  • Supporting HR data analysis and contributing to reporting activities
  • 3rd or 4th year undergraduate student or a master’s student in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, or related fields
  • Able to work at least 3–4 days per week
  • Good command of English
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Eagerness to learn and take responsibility
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment
  • Result-oriented and proactive mindset
  • Basic knowledge of Excel or data analysis tools
  • Interest in reporting and data analytics
  • Comfortable working in a digital and international environment
