HR Operations Smart Start
- Supporting daily HR processes and operations
- Responding to HR related request or questions of associates, and supporting communication activities
- Supporting to coordinate HR service processes with relevant stakeholders
- Supporting HR systems data maintenance
- Supporting the preparation and follow-up of employee-related documentations
- Supporting HR data analysis and contributing to reporting activities
- 3rd or 4th year undergraduate student or a master’s student in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, or related fields
- Able to work at least 3–4 days per week
- Good command of English
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Eagerness to learn and take responsibility
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment
- Result-oriented and proactive mindset
- Basic knowledge of Excel or data analysis tools
- Interest in reporting and data analytics
- Comfortable working in a digital and international environment
