HR Process & Development Specialist

Role overview

The HR operations and development specialist is responsible for ensuring the smooth, consistent, and efficient delivery of core HR processes and programs, including onboarding and learning & development initiatives. The role supports a high-quality employee experience through strong coordination, process follow-up and continuous improvement of HR practices.

More concretely, this means you will get the opportunity to:

HR processes management:

  • Manage and continuously evolve core HR processes and programs (including onboarding and performance & development cycles), challenging existing practices, identifying inefficiencies and driving scalable, efficient, and pragmatic solutions adapted to a fast-growing organization
  • Ensure processes are well-documented, consistently applied, and compliant with internal standards and regulations
  • Coordinate and drive effective execution of HR cycles across teams
  • Review and improve efficiency of internal HR processes
  • Support the implementation of potential HRIS

Learning and development:

  • Define and continuously evolve the Learning & Development strategy in alignment with business priorities
  • Partner with HRBPs and business leaders to identify capability gaps and development needs
  • Coordinate and drive the implementation of L&D initiatives across the organization
  • Review, challenge, and continuously improve the content and effectiveness of existing programs and initiatives (e.g., Goodman Academy, induction days)
  • Track L&D budgets, manage program logistics, and monitor implementation and participation
  • Collect and manage L&D data and ensure regular reporting on learning activities and outcomes.

Employees engagement

  • Support the rollout of employee engagement surveys and follow-up of action plans
  • Contribute to fostering an inclusive and supportive workplace culture

Compliance

  • Support compliance-related implementations, reviews, audits, and reporting activities
  • Ensure compliance of HR processes and L&D practices with internal policies and applicable regulations
  • Support the maintenance and continuous improvement of HR policies and guidelines

Do you recognize yourself?

  • Proven experience in HR operations, Learning & Development and HR project coordination
  • Technology-savvy with good understanding of HR systems and digital tools
  • Experience working with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and HR platforms
  • Comfortable working with HR data, reporting, and process tracking with accuracy and attention to details
  • Strong organizational, coordination and process management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders effectively (e.g. C&B specialist, recruiters, HRBP, etc.)
  • Collaborative mindset and strong communication skills
  • Full fluency in English (written and spoken), enabling the candidate to work in an international environment.
